Job Summary:

Experienced and strategic Manager of Business Development who will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and leadership, with a focus on achieving results and fostering team success.

Responsibility:

Strategic Leadership: Define and implement business development strategies to achieve organizational sales targets and revenue growth.

Sales Target Achievement: Drive the team to meet and exceed defined sales goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Client Engagement: Oversee the client engagement process, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction through professional viewings and consultations.

Reporting and Analytics: Lead the production of timely and accurate sales reports, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, enhancing loyalty and encouraging repeat business.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine sales strategies that align with market trends and client needs.

License Agreement Oversight: Ensure the accurate preparation and compliance of license agreements, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and legal adherence.

Outreach Initiatives: Strategically engage with third-party agents and broker partners to enhance product awareness and expand market reach.

Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team to design and execute impactful campaigns that support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.

Team Development: Mentor and develop the Assistant Manager and Executive BD team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.

KPI Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing sales performance and team efficiency.

Requirement:

  • Graduation/ Master in any related specialised field
  • At least 6-8 years of successful sales experiences in premium Hotels, Business Centres or any relevant field.
